My Media Summer

Over the summer I watched a movie called 'let's be cops' as you can see on the bottom left hand corner it was about a reject video game designer and a washed up college quarterback who then decide to go to a party which they think is a fancy dress. They decide to dress up as policemen's who then pretend to be the Los Angeles policemen's raiding the streets. I found this movie appealing to watch because it was very humorous and to my taste.

Over the summer a lot of new songs were published that were to my taste for example 'The Man' by Aloe Blacc. This song appeals to me because of the confidence this artist has and his extreme belief in himself makes it very appealing.

Over the summer holidays I have been watching and catching up on TV programmes such as EastEnders and Hollyoaks.  EastEnders is a British soap opera the first broadcast was in the United Kingdom on BBC 1 on 19 February 1985. EastEnders storylines examine the domestic and professional lives of the people who live and work in the fictional London borough of Walford in the East End of London. Hollyoaks is a British soap opera, first broadcast on channel 4 on 23 October 1995. The programme is set in a fictional suburb of Chester called Hollyoaks, and features a large cast of characters primarily aged between 16 and 35. This appeals to me because it shows real life situations and makes people more aware of what goes on in the real world.

Over the summer holiday I went on a lot of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Skype, whatsapp and many other social media. I find these appealing to me because for me its a way to connect with my friends and a way to be sociable with other people without leaving the house LOL ;D.
social media is very important as it informs you about what goes on around the world.
